Is paying monthly or upfront cheaper?
Paying upfront costs less over time. For one page it works out cheaper after about 14 months, and for up to 5 pages after about 20 months. Paying monthly means no big bill upfront.
What counts as an unlimited update?
Content changes: text, photos, hours, prices and contact details. Most are done within 2 business days. New pages, new sections, new features and redesigns are quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
The one-page monthly plan can be cancelled anytime. Multi-page monthly plans have a 12-month minimum, then go month to month. Management for sites paid upfront is month to month.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is always registered in your name. Pay upfront and the website is yours. On a monthly plan you're subscribing to the website; if you leave, your content is yours and the site files are available for a one-time fee.
Is email included?
We set up Google Workspace for you at no charge. You pay Google directly for the accounts you need.
Do nonprofits get a discount?
Yes. We build two free websites a year for nonprofits through theNetStuff Gives Back, and offer discounted rates after that.
