About the client
The World Travel Directory is an online directory for the travel industry. It connects travel advisors with travel suppliers, destination management companies, convention and visitors bureaus, and sales representatives, and works as a contact, training and marketing resource for the industry.
This was a custom build that we developed over about two years. Much of what the directory needed wasn't available off the shelf, so we built those features to fit how the business works: separate membership plans for advisors, suppliers and sales reps, listings organized by category, service area and territory, and tools for members to submit their own listings and familiarization trips.
